Saucy it is ridiculous... IP carrying a joke too far. I am so ready to switch to Tribe but the costumes were not jumping out at me.
One of the big bands in barbados is having a section in IP I am just going to having to settle for that cause IP is totally disrepecting me and the other foreign folks.

Well, I haven't commented on IP for a while because, frankly, what more you could say? But OH GOD MAN! I mean, really, get your act together. They honestly expect people to pay full price without knowing when? And they sending you email, why? So you could put on your blog for them. They paying you? Is a newspaper you running?! I'm still feeling the Nubians section, but come Carnival morning, I'm going to be jumping with mih funny looking horns, secure in the knowledge that I will be getting everything that was promised to me.
Saucy - Can you please give a run down on what to expect on actual Carnival day - like costume pick up, food, drinks, rest periods. Does the band really so all night or do they break off and meet back on Tuesday and until what time.

What else we going to say about the Island People? I for one would have been shame to put that in an email. It seems so unprofessional, who in the Heck IP got working for them?? Actually I recall reading last week sometime on their website about their porfessional staff with experience in customer service, or something to that effect. HA!! Bunch of quacks! It would have been better to give a time and then when the time reach say the system down or something, cause this is out of control.

I good with the foreigner disrespect, homie, they could NEVER get my money, boss..I was constantly reminded last year that ANY OTHER BAND had better service than Tribe...doh mind the costumes not as beautiful.
I get into my lil' Fancy Indian Frontline costume, and I happy like pappy. All overseas masqueraders know what a HUGE financial sacrifice Carnival is, and it not getting any easier annually. But we love de mas...so we hadda pay de cost to be the boss...but I eh no bobolee, lol!

TRIBE was late eh, but at least they gave a date and time! I wouldn't park meh lil' baux-side in front ah NO PC for this sort of treatment. Tsk, tsk....How allyuh could treat people so? I would NOT accept this from Barney's, Bergdorf, and Bloomie's (HELL, even Bobbie's) in de US, and I damn well ent go tek it from no TNT startups. Me and meh dollars are too bloody valuable and I expect treatment as such!
