Saucy ... found a lot of Tribe pics on IZATRINI.com as well.
Well I find as it was my first time playin mas Tribe was neither stush nor borin. Far from it infact. I will be back again next year.
**SIGH!** No TRIBE DVD....No record of everyone in de bhann behaving badly. :(
*SNIFFLE!*
They rhellllllllll behave bad boi..I believe the rain made people get on MORE BAD.
IF they get on bad again ! LOL
What ah time :D
I know di rain made me get on terrible boi! Like alcohol was in di rain oh somthing. Lol!
For me, once the rain came down when Warrior Spirit was crossing the stage and made me look like one wet/dead fowl I broke away...every puddle I saw had my name on it...it was JUMP UP IN THE WATER LIKE THE RAIN FALLING...SPLASH SPLASH SPLASH...like I was two...no need to worry about the crystals, tatoos, FEATHERS.....I had a time...but when the sun came back out it was CHIP CHIP CHIP...LOL
TRIBE is neither "boring" nor "stush"!! De crowd was VERY easy on de eyes, people was friendly, sometimes a little TOO friendly, staff was cool, drinks was flowing. Me personally was having issues with the music though. I find for all de great music we had this year, ah was hearin' de same ten songs over and over till by Monday night, ah couldn't really enjoy mehself anymore. Did anybody else find this to be true??
yes, my hubby complained that the variety in songs was lacking :S
Yeah, I find there coulda been much more variety in songs played. There's sooo many soca songs for ea. season, but just a few are get played, the radio incl. I find it's the same thing for all the fetes I go to (in TO too), & on the road here too.
I second dat motion.
Agreed. From the sampling of music I heard played, the dj's on the trucks were lacking. There were more variety of good Soca this year compared to last, and yet they were playing some very limited selections all freakin day, and "Reggae" to start us off from the mas camp ("India") was not a very inspiring moment for me this Carnival.
