For Cotinga I would go with Silver as there is no gold on the costume :)
Kristie I order using an international credit card issued by a local bank. I do not collect via sky box,I ship to friends in the US who either bring it for me or I collect when I visit,however I have other shoes come via skybox and they are packed in a huge box.
