Much better.. although it is still kinda busy when you get up close!
Strangely Enough I like them both however "before" backpack was TOOO much!!!
Good re-do!!!
nice! do you know who the designer for this section is?
The acendancy of the monokini continues. Brilliant!
Bikini is the beginning and not just the destination in bikini mas.
The before and after costume has too much going on...
They are both overdone! The before and the after have at least 15 different colors and a trillion apliques everywhere! Its too much! Yeessshhhh!
i would have to say i dont like either a butterfly is supposed to be gracful, flowing, floating and colourful but tastfully done. i think the first was a mess but the revamped is a different kind ah mess now, i dont think you had to be as literal as the first design however the second is so far off the mark and the colours hurting my eyes bad not to mention the FAIRY wings on the backline lol.
i can tell you tho i hear another 2 sections are gonna under go a faclift Parrot and Sun. i aint being bad mind but i can see Dmess sorry Dkrewe flopping again for 2009 up till now not all options are on the website?
It is nice though, to see that a designer can get past his/her ego enough to listen to criticism and redesign a costume after it has been launched.... even if it has to look completely different.
I like, but the colours remind me too much of Autumn Sprite from Tribe 2K8. :)
Carla, I feel the same way. I don't see how the revamped version would be considered a butterfly it should be a fairy or another mythical creature.
the first version looked like a butterfly on crack and this new "revamped" version doesn't look like a butterfly at all... with all of the various types/species of butterfly in the world... you mean to tell me they couldn't come up with a design that looked like an actual butterfly without all of the previosu gaudiness? i find that hard to believe.
