I wish to remain a mystery to you for the time so i'm sending this with out much information but what I can say is that there is a great possibility that these seven headpieces minus or plus a few extras may be seen as backline headpiece options in 2011. Can you put kindly put it out to your bloggers for feedback and more will be revealed as time goes by
I don't know if this is a hoax or not, but my super sleuth skills know exactly where these headpieces come from. They are designed and made by a Brazilian who sells them on a website called Samba Collection. Is the mystery now that bands will be going to Brazil for costumes instead of China? Anyway " Mystery Man", I like the blue. What are your thoughts bloggers?

I like the blue as well aside from that one I would have to agree with Trinibears. The costumes that come along with them may or may not make them POP!
Trinibears I agree with you, with the exception of the blue one which looks great. Two concerns about that one too: the balance of it will be tricky, and the cost of it with all those feathers.
the blue is my favorite, but I also like the green.
I'm loving the blue and the pink ones. The placement of the feathers on the others is generic BUT the crystalized base is not generic Trinidad. That's Rio all over. Redo the feathers on those and then we might see something.
However, if those are backline then hooray. I would gladly pay for a REAL headpiece, not for a scanty one or a sweatband.

but saucy what he mean by minus or plus a few extras, what is the proposed band that this for and to me this ent going with any of the "big bands" themes cause they ent looking like no shades of the universe or warriors
Actually, I liked all except the blue, red and green...
And trinicandy if you look at the base of all the headpieces they DO have a space theme to them...sort of an alien vibe to them...

If by the IP and Tribe theme, they can't work, then they must be for Spice. And since Spice seem to be losing their designers for 2011, they might need help from Brazil.
Would be nice if they were for Eastern Parkway :-)

VERY INTERESTING! I heard rumours of a site where you can purchase whole costumes, and this seems to be it. Will this be the new trend of groups of poeple just buying a costume and parading the streets....no need for bands anymore?

They all look to Vegas showgirlish for my taste tho the blue is very pretty.
Well, the consensus (me included) is developing around the blue one. It has enough pizzaz to be different, and looks more "alive" than the rest.
I wonder how it will fit with "Shades..." or Blue Devil "Warriors," or for Spice next outing call "Reboot: a Customer Service Fantasy."

dont like any of them! they are very very tyical "Brazillian" headresses available on most websites related to that culture in style, they have a very dated look to them! the current headresses in tnt look so much fresher than these already...........
....not feeling any of them really. if u gonna jump into the local headpiece market u shud either be on par or come better than that we see every year here! in terms of size, the blue will make an interesting backline headpiece as it will mean that frontlines will have to be even grander but other than that...:S they look like someone workin in vegas ordered too many headpieces an rather than lose the money, they tryin to pawn them off on someone
